Because as we know, PVC material is sensitive. That's why cold runner always used in PVC injection molding technology. At the same time, PVC machine should equip with fans onto the injecting barrels to lower down the temperature during injecting.
Additional, PVC pipe fitting mould should use stainless steel, due to its material high corrosive.
